Four stallions were presented at the 2024 Danish warmblood late licensing in Vilhelmsborg on Tuesday 9 April 2024: three dressage horses and one show jumper.

The licensing committee for dressage, which includes Vicky Nortvig, Karsten Petersen, Rune Willum and Jens Søgård, accepted two stallions.

The two presented Helgstrand stallions were both accepted: The 4-year old Stay Cool (by Secret x Don Darius), owned by Helgstrand and investor Søren Grønborg was a premium stallion last year and passed the 35-day testing last autumn. He has now been accepted for life as a breeding stallion. The 4-year old Escamour (by Escamillo x Ampere) received a 1-year breeding approval and needs to do his performance test.

Not getting a ticket for breeding was Iron King (by Iron x Blue Hors Zack), bred by Nedergaard Dressage.
