The 2-year old Keaton became the top seller in the 2024 Blue Hors Youngster auction, the second of four auctions held by Blue Hors stud to clear its entire horse stock before closing its doors in April.
The Youngster Auction took place on 6 February 2024 and included a collection of no less than 56 carefully selected foals and 2-year-old horses. The official sales prices were not disclosed on the auction platform.. Only the top three sales prices were disclosed.
Keaton (by Kjento x Vivaldi) fetched 62,000 euro. He sold to Dennis Fisker and the Obel family.
The second highest price was 28,000 euro, paid for Sirius Black DSV (by Zackerey x Vivaldi), who sold to Tobias Dolin and Sarah Nuyts and Kolton (by Kingston x Don Olymbrio, who sold to Berger Pferde in Germany.
The 2-year old chestnut Vilmos (by Viva Gold x Belissimo) sold for 26,000 euro, whole the 2-year old chestnut Tophojs Florian (by Floriscount x Tailormade Temptation), who moves to the Wurtz Green family.
Fine Lady (by Baron x Bretton Woods) to Poland. Swedish clients bought Revelle (by Escanto PS x Don Olymbrio) and Senna van de Broeken (by Total McLaren x Charmeur). Americans bought Decker (by Don Juan de Hus x Donnerhall) and Gregory (by Glamourdale x Gribaldi)
Norwegians got Mason (by Monte Carlo x First Ampere) and Franky TI (by Franco Nero x Lauries Crusador xx)
Eldred (by Elastic x Furstenball), Solento (by Santiano x Vivaldi), Zagon (by Zackerey x Floriscount), Morcant (by Monte Carlo x Furst Romancier) and Balin (by Baron x Sarotti Mokka Sahne) move to The Netherlands. Overgaards Dream Star (by Dynamic Dream x Zack), AG's Shady (by Santiano x Quaterback) and Star on Firedale MCB (by Glamourdale x Wynton) will go to Austria.
