Sampres and Stanfour Lead 2011 German Autumn Stallion Performance Testings

Sampres and Stanfour became the grand winners of the 70-Day Autumn Stallion Performance Testings held in Adelheidsdorf and Schlieckau. Both show jumpers scored the highest total index score and outclassed their peers.

The Stallion Performance Testing (HLP) in Adelheidsdorf started on 7 September and concluded on 16 November 2011. The jumper Sampres (by Stakkato) scored a total average score of 8.26 points, which was the best mark of 29 participating stallions in total. The Hanoverian branded colt scored 7.98 points for dressage and a top score of 8.58 for show jumping. The chestnut Hanoverian dressage stallion Quasar de Charry (by Quaterback) was second overall with 8.21 points. He got 8.86 for dressage and 7.24 for show jumping.

At the Performance Testing in Schlieckau, which wrapped up on 18 November 2011, Stanfour (by Singulord Joter) dominated the ranking with impressive scores. His total of 8.68 was based on an 8.35 dressage score and 9.09 jumping score. The Mecklenburger registered Coratio (by Cypriano) was second with an 8.4 score. The best scoring dressage stallion was the Dutch bred and Westfalian licensed Don Juan de Hus (by Jazz) which got 9.25 for dressage, but with a 7.22 score for show jumping, he totalled 8.24 and finished fifth overall.
