The Hanoverian licensed breeding stallion Rosentanz (Rohdiamant x Sao Paulo) has won the 30-day Stallion in Munster-Handorf, Germany, on June 3rd, 2004. Rosentanz' biggest competitors in the 30-day stallion test were Aquino, by Argentinus x Zeus (full brother to Aquilino) and Leo Minor (by Lexus x Fruhlingsrausch), but Rosentanz excelled in every single category, not scoring less than 7.25.

Rosentanz received 8.5 on trot, 8.38 on canter and walk. For his rideability he scored 9.25 and for his show jumping potential he got a decent 7.25. He received a 9.13 for temperament and a 10 for his character. Out of 25 participating horses, his scores for movement were the best for walk and trot and second best for the canter.

Though only three-years old, Rosentanz is one of the most highlighted young stallions in Germany. At the 2003 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, Rosentanz received the premium label and was the highest selling youngster at the auction. The Danish breeder Lone Boegh Henriksen purchased the dark bay stallion from Johannes Westendarp, who discovered Rosentanz as a foal.

At the Vorwerk Stallion show in February 2004, Rosentanz made his first public appearance under saddle. He showed to be 100% bombproof and displayed three top basic gaits. Johannes Westendarp, who keeps Rosentanz in training, hopes to qualify Rosentanz for the 2004 Bundeschampionate.

Rosentanz is licensed for the Hanoverian Verband, Oldenburg Verband and Danish warmblood society. He is up for stud at Hengsthaltung Bockmann in Germany
