A group of 33 Danish pony, junior and young riders have been invited to participate in the first training camp of 2019 held at the Ecco center in Tønder, Denmark, on 12 - 13 January 2019.
The camp started at Anna Kasprzak's yard in Haderslev on Saturday morning, where the riders got the opportunity to see Anna train her horses and explain her training programmes. The participants then got to chance to ask Kasprzak their questions about riding, training and show preparation.
On Saturday afternoon the camp continued in the Ecco conderence centre in Tønder, where the rest of the meeting took place. There was instruction by Team Denmark sport psychologist Nina Due Stagis, physiotherapist Katherine Hedemann, as well as lessons on riding theory with the team trainers.
The riders were instructed on the do's and don'ts, while Vivi Okholm of ECCO assisted in the team building.
